Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping

International Orders: Typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of ordering, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original tags are attached and have not been removed
⚠️ Items with removed tags will NOT be accepted for return.
As clearly stated on our tags, removing them voids eligibility for returns or exchanges.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tag removal will be rejected.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@splrwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
